Workout: prison squats, sit-ups, push-ups, line touches

4 rounds for time:

35 prison squats (lace fingers behind your head, make sure you can’t see your elbows).

30 sit-ups

25 push-ups

20 line touches (throw a hurdle in the middle of the distance to challenge your heart rate)

    Today i did
    50 35 10

    Squat Thrusters with the middle bar
    Bosu Ball Squats
    Sit ups

    and then something random which involved Jump rope and 2 things with the kettle bell

    watcha think i should do tommorow? :D
