10 rounds of:

10 push-ups

10 weighted sit-ups

10 jump squats

Workout: run, pushups, jumpies

Workouts aren’t just about raising your heart rate, they are about movement. Movement in several directions.  This will shake up your typical cardio workout:

Run 30 minutes,

but every 5 minutes, stop and do 10 pushups, and 10 jumpies (jumping squat).

By the end of your workout, you will have done 60 pushups and 60 jumpies.
