A nice full-body workout that keeps you moving, changing directions, and is easy to follow.

Five rounds of:

50 jumps with jump rope

10 weighted step-ups (each leg)

10 push-ups

10 triceps extentions

…just keep it moving.  No need to speed through.  Quality reps are preferrable to speed.
